It would take a confident producer to take on such a track and Mau5trap's Steve Duda is certainly that. A collaborator of the mighty Deadmau5, Duda has also worked with renowned artists like industrial pioneers Nine Inch Nails, Rob Zombie and A Perfect Circle. Bringing three decades of production expertise to the ‘Quadcore’ table, Duda’s remix is a respectful rework that keeps the dirty electro groove but adds a beautifully emotive piano melody that is both sombre and optimistic.
