Just having wrapped up the epic collab EP "Sampdoria" with Stanley Ross we roll right into the next original EP of DANIEL PORTMAN. It seems like we've been blessed because he has delivered an incredibly strong 2 track release once again. "Shabernack" comes up as another epic club anthem, with staccative stabs and howling wind pads and we've already seen it completely rip up several floors on tour last few weeks. We thought that this was going to be the A-side killer and then "Reconstruct A New Future" came in which could easily do the same effect in more tech sets. An unusual combination Portman offers in that track, with a filtered but wide bass line, some classy and shaking wood blocks on top that make the beat go round to demask the unique style of DANIEL PORTMAN once again.
