One of the label's longest standing artists, Komytea's impressive Anjunadeep discography includes the eerie electro hit "UFO", the dark atmospheres of "Afghanistan" and their "Anjunadeep:03" appearance "Algebra".
Offering three contrasting flavours, Komytea make a triumphant return to Anjunadeep with "Conspiracy", "Pentagon" and "Thriller".
A darker, more energised track that recent outings, "Conspiracy" is a throbbing techno grinder that bristles with growling, gritty baselines, techie stabs and haunting effects. Just when you are getting pulled further down the rabbit hole, the track flips with bright, high-energy melody drops before ducking back into the groove.
Another unique concoction, "Pentagon" blends synth filled melodic layers with meaty electronic grooves - again utilising explosive drops.
Third track "Thriller" demonstrates their potential for more experimental electronica. With warbling leads and bass-heavy rhythms, Komytea build layers of percussion and ghostly effects to an epic crescendo. Once again Komytea have created an inspiring and unique package.
